The apartment is located on the 5th floor (without an elevator) of a building on a quiet street (to see the location search for Via Busoni on Google Maps) near POLIMODA Manifattura Tabacchi and UNIFI (it takes 10 minutes to walk to both) and 30 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by tram to Polimoda Villa Favard. The apartment is fully furnished and comprises an entrance hall/living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a balcony, 4 bedrooms (2 large and 2 single in the attic), and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which have a shower and 1 with a sink and toilet. Washing machine, dishwasher, individual heating, and air conditioning are also available. The price of the larger rooms is Eu.720 + Eu.50 for condominium, wifi, garbage tax + the costs of utilities of gas, water and electricity. The price of the smaller room is Eu.600 + Eu.50 for condominium, wifi, garbage tax + the costs of utilities of gas, water and electricity. As regards gas, water and electricity utilities, a monthly deposit of Eu.100 is required, this amount will be adjusted at the end of the stay (depending on all the tenants use and subject to reading the meters at the beginning and end of the stay). Security deposit of Eu.600/720 based on the room chosen. Extra final cleaning Eu. 50. Agency fee equal to 10% + VAT. To reserve the apartment is required a payment to the owner of Eu.600/720 based on the room chosen which will then become the security deposit which will be returned within 10 days of the end of the stay after checking that there is no damage to the apartment.
